We are able to accept all Credit/Debit cards via paypal, as well either cash or cheque.  When your contract expires, you can also renew your storage contract on this website, by clicking on Storage and then Contract Renewal.

Who is responsible for my caravan/boat while it is in storage?

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that nothing will happen to your caravan/boat whilst it is in storage on our premises, we and our insurers will accept no responsibility for any damage that may occur.  It is a condition of storage that every caravan/boat has valid insurance cover whilst in storage.  Most insurers require the owner to fit either a wheel clamp or hitch lock to their caravan/boat while it is storage, therefore when your storage contract is drawn up we need to be provided with a spare key to either the wheel clamp or hitch lock.  
My caravan/boat is over 26 ft long or 8 ft wide.  Will you still accept it for storage?

I am afraid that because indoor storage space is at a premium, we are only able to offer outdoor storage if your caravan/Boat is over 26 ft long or 8 ft wide.
What is the shortest period of storage that you do?

Standard periods of storage that we offer are either 6 months or 12 months.  Although depending on the time of year, it may be possible to negotiate a shorter time.  Please contact us and we will see what we can do for you.
Do you store cars/motor homes?

Yes, we accept cars and motor homes to a maximum of 25 ft long and 8 ft wide.
Which way do I drop off or collect my caravan/boat from storage?

When you require access to your caravan/boat, all we need is 48 hrs notice.  Your caravan will be removed from the compound or shed and placed in the drop off/collection area, it is then secured using your provided security devices.  You are then welcome to arrive at anytime, unlock your caravan and tow it away.
When you return, simply park your caravan in the drop off/collection area and secure it using your provided security devices and then leave the rest to us.  We then unlock your security devices and place it back in the compound or shed and then re-secure it until the next time.
Does the storage fee include pitch fees if I stay on your caravan site?

No, the storage fee does not include pitch fees if you stay on our caravan site.  Pitch fees are payable on arrival and are based on a number of nights basis which  includes electricity, but not an awning which is extra.
I make a booking to stay on your caravan site.  What do I do about the caravan?

When you place a booking to stay on the caravan site, please inform the person taking the booking of your caravan number (This is located on the top right hand corner of your contract).  On the day that you are due to arrive, the caravan will be placed on a pitch, with a levelling block under one wheels, ready for you to drop the corner steadies, setup and move in.  On your day of departure, all you need to do is put everything away and lift the corner steadies, and leave the rest to us.
What do I need to do to prepare my caravan/boat ready for storage?

Before we can accept a caravan/boat for either outdoor or indoor storage, we require both the gas cylinder and caravan battery MUST be disconnected.  Please ensure that all windows and skylights are securely locked and that all items in the caravan are secure, so that when the caravan is moved, no damage can occur from falling objects within the caravan.  If storage is over the winter months, please ensure that both the water heater and water system are drained to prevent damage from frost, as we are not liable if this is not done.  We will also need to see a copy of your current insurance policy for the caravan/boat and also a spare key for any security devices that you require us to fit.
What is the maximum age of caravan will you accept for storage?

We will only accept caravans/boats for storage that are less than 25 years old.
Will my caravan be spotlessly clean when it comes out of indoor storage?

The sheds that are used for indoor storage, are not small bird proof (e.g. Robins, Swallows), so there may be the possibility of dust or dirt on the caravan/boat when it is removed from indoor storage.

Do you offer a towing service? And if so, what is the maximum distance?

Yes, we do offer a towing service, up to a maximum distance of 35 miles from our base.  The charge for this is based on mileage, please contact us for a quote.

Do you offer a caravan washing service?

Yes, we do.  Our experienced staff perform this service with warm water, a mild detergent and a soft bristled rotary brush, which leaves your caravan looking clean and shining ready for you to collect.  We do make a small charge for this service, so if you would like to take advantage of this offer, please contact us to book an appointment.  
Am I able to visit you before I decide to store my caravan/boat with you?

You are more than welcome if you would like to visit us and view our facilities.  All we ask is that you give us a call first to arrange a convenient time, so that we can show you around and answer any other questions that you may have.
